'Haute Chocolate,' the kickoff event for the upcoming exhibit Chocolate, Chili and Cochineal: Changing Taste Around the World will be at the Heard Museum Phoenix. This evening affair will feature chocolate tastings offered by local vendors, live entertainment, chocolate wine, and much more. Local culinary schools will take part in a chocolate showpiece competition, judged by an expert panel of chefs, artists and curators. Limited edition Heard Museum chocolates adorned with artwork by Jacob Meders will be available for purchase.
