The exhibition Mothers & Daughters: Stories in Clay showcases 20 creative works by seven very talented women who are all part of the extended Naranjo family from Santa Clara Pueblo in New Mexico. Each artist uses the traditions of clay in unique ways, from pottery and sculpture to paintings and installation pieces.

Nora Naranjo Morse Honored as Indian Fair & Market Signature Artist
One of the artists in the exhibition, Nora Naranjo Morse, was the signature artist for the 51st Annual Heard Museum Guild Indian Fair & Market, which was held on Saturday & Sunday, March 7 & 8, 2009. Naranjo Morse was at the Fair and discussed her work as a potter, painter, poet and filmmaker.
