| All food service at the Heard is professionally catered by well-respected Valley firms. Each firm offers the versatility to create a variety of exciting and delicious menus, committing themselves to providing the highest quality service.
All catering arrangements and associated costs for food, service, equipment and other event needs are contracted directly between the client and the caterer. The Heard Museum must be apprised of the selected caterer by the client no later than two weeks prior to the event date.
Beverage service must be contracted between the client and the Heard Museum.
