Single or Recurring Gifts
Single or recurring gifts to the Heard Museum are gratefully received at any time, and are often fully tax-deductible. These gifts support the operations of the Heard Museum and may be given in honor of or in tribute to loved ones and be allocated to a specific area of interest.
Honorary and Memorial Gifts
Honorary and Memorial gifts are a wonderful way to recognize someone or mark a special occasion in your life: celebrating a birthday, an anniversary or holiday, sharing a memory or saying thank you.If your honoree is fond of the Billie Jane Baguley Library and Archives or a specific education program you can specify that your contribution support this area.
All contributions are acknowledged to the donor. Once your gift of $25 or more is received, the Heard Museum will notify the honoree or honoree’s family with a letter describing the Memorial or Honor gift.
Gifts of Cash Securities & Other Real Property
Gifts of cash securities and other real property are considered outright gifts that can be used to support current and ongoing museum needs. Other outright gifts include:
- Cash and personal or business checks
- Securities
- Real estate
- Retirement plan assets
- Life insurance
- Art
