General Guidelines
Tours last approximately 45 minutes. Adult groups must include a minimum of 10 individuals to qualify for the discounted rate, and a maximum group size of 60 individuals at a time ensures an enjoyable experience for all. One group leader per 30 visitors and a bus driver may enter with the group free of charge.

To qualify for the discounted group rate, the Heard Museum requires that all tour fees be paid in one transaction. Payment is due upon arrival. Purchase orders, checks and major credit cards are accepted if arranged in advance.

To ensure tour times and the availability of a tour guide, please book at least two weeks in advance.

Ensure an Enjoyable Visit for Your Group
Please advise group members that the museum does not permit backpacks, food or drink in exhibit spaces; locker storage for these items is provided free of charge. Wheelchairs are available upon request on a first come, first serve basis. To expedite the entrance process and to prevent congestion in the Museum entrance, please enter alone to settle fee payment at the front desk and meet your tour guide. Your group can then be brought quickly through the entrance without the inconvenience of waiting at the front desk. For the comfort of all our visitors, please silence all cell phones and pagers before entering the galleries.
